Abby J's St. Patty's Reuben Sandwich featuring "Boar's Head" Corned Beef

Makes 4 Reuben's

Go by your local Ingles Market and get 1/2 pound  Boar's Head Corned Beef, 10 slices 120 day Aged Swiss Cheese, 1 loaf dark Pumpernickel Bread, 1 jar Sauerkraut, 1 bottle Abby J's Jalapeño Mustard Gourmet Sauce, or 1 jar of Boar's Head Spicy Mustard and 1 jar of Abby J's Field to Fork Sweet Fire Pickles. 

Spread the mustard sauce on the bread and top with Boar's Head Corned Beef and lastly add the aged Swiss Cheese and bake in oven for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees or until cheese has melted.

Remove from oven and add Sauerkraut and Abby J's Field to Fork Sweet Fire Pickles! Enjoy my friends and Happy St. Patrick's Day to y'all~
