Springer Mountain Chicken with Abby J's Jalapeño Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
You take 6-Springer Mountain individually wrapped chicken breasts and marinate them in 3/4 cup of Abby J's Jalapeño Mustard Sauce then you add 1 cup of mushrooms and 1 cup of chopped Vidalia onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and a few sprigs of thyme. Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 45 minutes. I serve this over some power greens and it is simply healthy and good for you! Enjoy~
