Abby J's Jaemor Farms Peach Tart

Recipe for Abby J's Jaemor Farms Peach Tart
1  pkg. puff pastry thawed
3 large peaches sliced
1  8 oz. pkg. President Brie
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
Roll out the puff pastry on Parchment Paper and cut into 9 or 12 squares. Brush egg wash on pastry and use additional egg wash on the corners. Cut Brie into thin slices and place 2 slices on each pastry then place 3 peach slices on top of the Brie. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.  Add honey and cinnamon for a more sweeter taste!

    I have been using the puff pastry from Wewalka, made in Austria, found at Ingles in the refrigerated section just to the left of the Pillsbury products. They also have pizza dough. All of their dough is delicious, easy, and free of chemicals!
