Abby J's Stuffed Tomatoes

5 Medium Tomatoes 3/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 shallots diced and 3 cloves garlic 3/4 cup fontina cheese cut into cubes 1/2 cup asiago cheese 3 tablespoons tomato juice, 2 tablespoons chopped basil, 1/2 pound sweet & spicy sausage. Saute shallots and garlic and add to cooked sausage, add fontina cheese, basil & bread crumbs. Core out the middle of the tomato and salt the inside and turn over to release more juice. After 10 minutes turn the tomatoes upright and stuff the tomatoes and add asiago cheese on top of each one and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. You can also bake the tops of the tomatoes for about 12 minutes.
