Tomato Pie Recipe

Ingredients: Basil, cayenne pepper, Chedder Cheese, Garlic Powder, Habenero Pepper, Jack Cheese, Mayonaise, pepper, Pie Crust, salt, Tomatoes, Vidalia Onion

1 deep pie crust, 4-5 vine ripe tomatoes, 1 large Vidalia onion diced, 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1 cup pepper jack, grated, 1 cup Duke's mayonnaise, 1 habanero pepper diced (optional), 2 cayenne peppers diced (optional), 15 to 20 leaves of cinnamon basil leaves and salt and pepper to taste. 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake pie shell covering outer edges with foil for 10 minutes. Mix mayonnaise and sharp cheddar cheese. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Thickly slice unpeeled tomatoes and add diced onions and peppers. Layer into pie shell and add basil. Sprinkle each layer with cheese and repeat. Spread mayo and cheese on top and then top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40  minutes. Enjoy!
