Abby J's Farm Fresh Quiche

6 large eggs, 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 1 1/2 cups whole milk 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper, 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk eggs until smooth, then whisk in remaining ingredients until well combined. Wrap the edges of a pie crust and put in oven to brown for 10 minutes. Take out and allow to cool. Pour custard into cooled crust; be careful not to overfill. I use a Cast Iron Skillet to avoid any spill.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes and then about 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let cool for 1 hour before serving.
This is excellent to serve for brunch and you can also make it with meat and a variety of other veggies.
