Abby J's Cherry Tomato Tart

Ingredients: 

1 Wewalka Flatbread "Europeaan Style Dough", 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 3/4 cup Abby J's Roasted Garlic Salsa, 3 cups Cherry Tomatoes, 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup Hot Capocollo, 1/2 cup fresh Basil~chopped, salt & pepper to taste~

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Roll dough out into a greased quarter-sheet pan. Brush the dough with the roasted garlic salsa, and sprinkle the gruyere cheese on top, in a single layer.  Add Cherry Tomatoes and top with Monterey Cheese and Hot Capocollo. Prick your tomatoes with a sharp knife so they cook evenly and faster. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with the milk and then brush the edges of the dough, for a beautiful crust. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and salt and pepper to taste.
